THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has ordered Emmanuel Mwamba, the PF faction Chairperson for Information and Publicity, to surrender his passport after a bench warrant was executed against him for missing a court session due to his travel to the United States of America for a conference. Mwamba is facing one count of assault on a police officer, alleged to have occurred on June 14, 2023, in Lusaka, where he assaulted Detective Inspector Simwenda Steven in the due execution of his duty.
