A LUSAKA woman has sued former PF national mobilisation committee member Bizwell Mutale in the Lusaka High Court for alleging failing to pay rentals from June 2019 to March 2022, thereby accumulating US$99, 000 in rental arrears. Julie Limpic is demanding an order for eviction and possession of the premises known as Plot No.39 Mulungushi road, Roma, Lusaka. Limpic also wants an order to compel Mutale and MKP South Africa (Zambia) Limited to pay her US$99, 000, being rental arrears in respect of the premises, among other claims.
