THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has yet again extended the warrant of arrest issued against former president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Kaizer Zulu after his arresting officer and sureties asked for more time to locate him. In June last year, Magistrate Sylvia Munyinya issued a bench warrant against Zulu for missing court sessions in a matter in which he is facing two counts of failing to appear before the nearest immigration officer and failing to surrender his diplomatic passport. Zulu continues to be on the run as efforts to apprehend him have proved futile since June last year.
