THREE Vietnamese nationals have appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for allegedly assaulting a business partner. Vantronet Tuy, 58, Luong Van Chinh, 38, and Pham Tuan Khanh, 32, are charged with one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm Contrary to Section 248 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence are that Tuy, Chinh and Khanh, on January 29, 2024, in Lusaka, jointly and whilst acting together, did assault Buitien Trong, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm.
