CHIEF Justice Dr Mumba Malila has advised lawyers to encourage their clients not to pick unnecessary fights in newspapers and on social media against judges and the Judiciary. And Dr Malila says the Criminal Procedure Code in the Economic and Financial Crimes Court Rules of 2024, has taken into effect, and as such, it will take five months to hear matters conclusively.
