A 32-YEAR-OLD woman has been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for allegedly defaming a Lusaka lawyer by stating that the advocate does not have a law degree. Chanda Lyn Banda Rossi, an assistant administrator, is charged with libel Contrary to Section 191 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
