FORMER lands minister Jean Kapata has told the Lusaka High Court that she got three hectares of land in Forest 27 at K25,000. And Kapata has also told the Court that she is not aware that as minister, she was not supposed to gain pecuniary advantage in any matters she was overseeing. Meanwhile, Kapata has admitted that the PF government ignored a court order which had ruled that the ban against Mukula trading was illegal.
