THE Lusaka High Court has dismissed a petition by seven PF presidential aspirants who had dragged Miles Sampa to court seeking a declaration that the holding of a convention on October 24, 2023 was illegal. In this matter, Mutotwe Kafwaya, Emmanuel Mwamba, Godfrey Bwalya Mwamba, Chishimba Kambwili, Greyford Monde, Chitalu Chilufya and Brian Mundubile were seeking a declaration that the election of Sampa as PF president was null and void ab initio for breach of the party’s electoral regulations.
