THE Lusaka High Court has entered a default judgement against Bowman Lusambo in a matter where Isoka PF MP Marjorie Nakaponda sued him, demanding payment of the K375,000 she paid towards the purchase of a house in Silverest. In this matter, Nakaponda had dragged Lusambo, who is former Kabushi PF MP, to court to recover the K375,000 she had paid him. Nakaponda also wanted damages for breach of contract, interest on the claimed money, and costs of and incidental to the proceedings.
