A 41-YEAR-OLD Zambia Air Force (ZAF) flight sergeant charged with incest has told the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court that he did not have carnal knowledge of his daughter. George Mulinganiza has told the court that his nephew is reported to have had carnal knowledge of the victim in the sitting room. Mulinganiza is charged with incest contrary to Section 159(1) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
