THE Lusaka Magistrate’s Court has ordered that the seditious case against Patriotic Front (PF) faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda be handed over to the Chief Investigation Officer (CIO) if the arresting officer fails to summon witnesses at the next sitting.
