THE Kabwe Magistrates’ Court has revised the murder charge against Maria Zaloumis, her Nigerian husband Nathaniel Barthrem and three others to manslaughter. Meanwhile, the court has committed all the accused to the High Court for trial and granted them bail in the sum of K20,000 each with two working sureties. Zaloumis, 40, of Wonani Farm in Montana, is jointly charged with Barthrem, 34; Daniel Chiluwa, 40, a farm manager of Onani Farm No. Five, Montana area; Fortune Mwitangati, 23, of Nyambe Farm; and Gift Daka, 25, of Onani Farm.
