LUSAKA Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili has issued a bench warrant against two Indian nationals accused of trafficking for failing to appear before court for the second time. In this matter, Mohit Chala and Mablar Mondal are charged with eight counts of Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons Contrary to Section 3 (1) of the Anti-Human Trafficking Act as amended by Act Number 16 of 2002.
