TWO members of parliament have testified in the matter where Chiengi MP Given Katuta is accused of threatening violence against Times of Zambia photojournalist, Henry Chunza. Bangweulu MP Anthony Kasandwe and Chembe MP Cliff Mpundu have told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that they did not see Katuta spit on the journalist, nor did they hear her call him a “son of a dog.” The case relates to an incident in which Katuta allegedly spat on Chunza shortly after she was suspended and ordered to leave the National Assembly by Speaker Nelly Mutti.
