ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that he did not sign a contract of agreement to supply 690 tons of fertilizer between the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Agents of Zambia. Kabesha has told the court that the purported contract is fake based on his observation that it was confidential. This is in a matter where a Lusaka businessman, Hendricks Nyambe, 53, is charged with the offence of forgery, uttering false documents, and obtaining 690 metric tons of fertilizer by false pretence.
