AN arresting officer has told the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court that the Ministry of Agriculture did not sign a contract, allowing Food Agents of Zambia to supply 690 tonnes of fertilizer. Steve Chongo, 48, also told the court that at no time did the Ministry of Justice issue nor did the Attorney General sign a contract of agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Agents of Zambia.
