MIRACLE Impact Ministries International overseer Pastor John Nundwe, alias John General, has asked the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court to acquit him in a matter in which he is accused of raping a Matero woman. Nundwe argues that the prosecution has not made out its case against him, stating that they failed to prove that he had unlawful carnal knowledge of the victim against her will.
