THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has discontinued its forfeiture application against former Lusaka Province minister Bowman Lusambo’s Chamba Valley properties. In a notice of discontinuance filed before the Economic and Financial Crimes Court at the Lusaka High Court, the Commission did not state the reason for discontinuing the application. In this matter, ACC had cited Lusambo, Nancy Mukuka Munkonge and ZDA-Henan Guoji Development Company Limited as respondents. The Commission had sought to have property numbers F/609/E/44/B/9 and F/609/E/50, both located in Chamba Valley, as well as houses HT: T3 HN#:248, HT: T3 HN#:249 and HT: T3 HN#:282 in Silverest Gardens, forfeited to the state....
