A ZANACO banker has testified that Samuel Baza Dokowe, a suspect in the murder of former IBA Director Guntila Muleya, withdrew large sums from Veridian Dynamics account, of which he is a signatory, after it was credited with amounts ranging from K400,000 to K500,000 between June and July 2024 by the Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA). Kamwenje Kayang’a, 37, a Service Coordinator at ZANACO’s Lusaka Central Branch, told the Lusaka High Court that the transactions were described as direct credits in favour of the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) by order of the IBA.
