THE sister of a 35-year-old man accused of punching his girlfriend’s husband after being caught hiding in their wardrobe has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that her brother returned home on September 27, 2025, bleeding with two broken teeth. Meanwhile, a medical doctor at the University Teaching Hospital (UTH) has told the court that she treated the accused, Dickson Musupelo, who was complaining of difficulty swallowing, jaw pain and a laceration above the eye. In this matter, Musupelo is facing one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to Section 248 of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
