DALITSO Lungu has appealed the High Court ruling, which ordered the forfeiture of over 70 vehicles and 21 properties belonging to him. He argues that the court erred when it rejected his unchallenged affidavit evidence that his father, late former president Edgar Lungu, financed the purchase of some of his properties. On February 9, the Economic and Financial Crimes Court, High Court Division, ruled that the vehicles and properties were proceeds of crime.
