A 44-YEAR-OLD Chinese businessman has denied assaulting a female police officer. Zhao pleaded not guilty to the charge of assault before Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili on Thursday. In this matter, Zhao Bin is charged with one count of assault on a police officer contrary to Section 250(b) of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
