THE Lusaka High Court has dismissed a matter in which seven PF MPs and Raphael Nakacinda were seeking an order quashing Miles Sampa’s election as party president following the October 24, 2023 convention. Justice Conceptor Zulu held that the PF MPs lamentably failed to prove their case on a balance of probabilities. The PF MPs include Brian Mundubile, Stephen Kampyongo, Christopher Kang’ombe, Remember Mutale, Mulenga Fube, Mutotwe Kafwaya and Emmanuel Mpankata Mulenga. They had cited Sampa, Robert Chabinga and Morgan Ng’ona as respondents.
