THE Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) has applied to join a case in which D Findlay and Partners is seeking a judicial review to restrain the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) from conducting a routine anti-money laundering inspection. LAZ argues that the intended inspection threatens the confidentiality of advocate-client communications.
