MEDIA personality Daisy Mwansa Lusumpa, alias Chichi Daisy, has withdrawn her lawsuit against Mutale Mwanza in a matter in which she was accused of prostitution. Lusumpa told the court that she has chosen forgiveness for her own benefit, stating that the case has taken a toll on her mentally and socially. In this matter, Mwanza was charged with the offence of harassment through electronic communication, contrary to Section 69 of the Cyber Security and Crime Act No. 2 of 2021 of the Laws of Zambia.
