ECZ Corporate Affairs Officer Raphael Phiri has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that the tent polling station along Lilayi Road, allegedly claimed to be illegal by Miles Sampa, is a gazetted site which has been operational for over 10 years. This is in a matter in which Sampa is charged with one count of using a computer or computer system for offences contrary to Section 20 of the Cyber Crimes Act No. 4 of 2025 of the Laws of Zambia.
