THE case in which PF member Chishimba Kambwili is charged with failure to appear before immigration officers at a point of entry failed to take off yesterday as he was reportedly unwell. In this matter, Kambwili is facing one count of departing from Zambia without appearing before an immigration officer at a port of entry, contrary to Section 16(1) as read with Section 56(1) of the Immigration and Deportation Act No. 18 of 2010 of the Laws of Zambia.
