AN 18-year-old boy and two men have appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for allegedly giving false information to a public officer that their genitals were stolen. In this matter, the trio are charged with the offence of giving false information to a public officer contrary to Section 125 of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
