THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has set July 14, 2026, as the judgment date in a matter where Raphael Nakacinda is charged with seditious practices for alleging that President Hakainde Hichilema directed law enforcement agencies to raid late president Edgar Lungu’s residence. In this matter, Nakacinda is charged with seditious practices, contrary to Section 57 as read with Section 60(1)(e) of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
