FILM producer David Kazadi and social media influencer Mwaka Halwindi have pleaded not guilty to the charges of producing, possessing and circulating obscene material. Their co-accused Ruby Muzandu has also pleaded not guilty to the offence of possessing and circulating obscene material. The accused are facing eight counts of producing, possessing and circulating obscene material between January 1, 2023 and June 30, 2025. When the matter came up for plea, Magistrate Kawana Mwafuli read out the charges, and all the accused persons pleaded not guilty.
