FORMER Zambia Police Director of Investigations Michael Nsofwa has dragged the officer-in-charge at Kabwata Police Station and the Attorney General to the High Court, challenging his continued detention without charge. Nsofwa alleges that his constitutional rights have been violated after he was arrested and detained by police officers who allegedly searched his house and farm without producing a warrant or informing him of the offence he was being investigated for.
