KABWATA NRPUP MP Danny Yenga has asked the Lusaka High Court to dismiss UPND losing candidate Andrew Tayengwa’s election petition for want of jurisdiction, arguing that the challenge was filed out of time. In this matter, Tayengwa filed an election petition, challenging his loss in Kabwata. Yenga won with 31,565 votes against Tayengwa’s 21,114 votes.
