A WITNESS has told the Ndola High Court that she and other polling staff were forced to lock themselves inside a classroom, after gunshots were heard outside Tumba Chushi 3 polling station. In this matter, Frank Tayali, who contested the August 13 general elections under UPND, is challenging the election of Resolute Party candidate Emmanuel Mulenga as Ndola Central Member of Parliament. The petition is before Ndola High Court Judge Mwamba Chanda.
