THE Constitutional Court has set aside an earlier ruling by a single judge and ordered that three paramount chiefs be joined to a petition seeking the recognition of Chief Mukuni as a Paramount Chief. Earlier, Constitutional Court Judge Pixie Yangailo dismissed applications by Paramount Chiefs Chitimukulu, Litunga and Kalonga Gawa Undi to join the petition. However, the three Paramount Chiefs appealed to the full bench of the Constitutional Court against the single judge’s ruling that refused their application to join the matter.
