CHIPOLOPOLO coach Avram Grant has observed that African football has a lot of “financial and organisational challenges”. Grant, a revered trainer with a history of coaching in Europe, his native Israel and Africa says he has picked up a lot of lessons during his coaching career. The former Chelsea and West Ham trainer has a coaching experience that spans over five decades. In Africa, he had a stint with Ghana between 2014 and 2017 where he managed one AfCON final and semi final appearances.
