NINE months after limping off the Silesia Wanda Diamond League race in tears, runner Muzala Samukonga is tomorrow expected to return to the event with the aim of qualifying to the Olympic Games. Last year, Samukonga sustained a hamstring injury as he tried to fend off competition from some of the best runners on the track. This happened 100m into the race as he was rounding the first bend of the 400m race. Having returned to fitness, Samukonga will race tomorrow in Doha.
