NATIONAL Sports Council of Zambia (NSCZ) Chief Executive Officer, Sombwa Musunsa has called on Africa to prioritise the inclusion of qualified professionals in the formulation and implementation of sports policies across the continent. Musunsa noted that the sustainability of Africa’s sports development hinges on technocratic leadership and evidence-based planning. The NSCZ Chief was speaking during the SportsBiz Africa Forum 2025 held in Kigali, Rwanda.
