ORIENTAL Quarries Boxing Promotions (OQBP) manager Chris Malunga has condemned what he describes as an “irregular” and “dangerous” decision by the Zambia Boxing Federation (ZBF) to appoint an unqualified coach to lead the national boxing team. Malunga is urging the federation to reverse the appointment of Charles Kangwa and instead install a technically qualified coach in line with international boxing standards.
