FORMER Zesco United Technical Director Honor Janza has called for respect and professionalism in how football administrators handle technical staff, following his abrupt dismissal from the club. Janza, who was fired while on CAF duty in Tanzania, described his Zesco exit as “disrespectful” and “unprofessional”. “I came to Zesco United because this is my childhood team and I gave loyalty to it. I played there, I coached it, and it’s the team I brought to the Super League. Working for Zesco United, I gave my 100 percent. But to be asked to leave it’s like a fight. I don’t know whether it was mutual, because someone is not contacted, someone just sends you a letter like it’s in the streets....
