IN a quest to strengthen governance and leadership within the sport, Zambia Athletics (ZA) is tomorrow set to conduct Provincial Executive Elections across all ten provinces. In a statement issued by ZA General Secretary Teddy Shimishi, the association said the elections are a key pillar of its governance framework.
