THE rehabilitation of the playing surface at National Heroes Stadium, valued at more than $1.4 million, is set to be completed today as authorities move a step closer to restoring the country’s largest sporting facility to international standards. Heroes Stadium director Raphael Mulenga disclosed the development while addressing the media in Lusaka, explaining that the installation of the new turf had faced technical setbacks but the works have now been finalised.
