COPPER Queens head coach, Nora Häuptle has summoned 28 locally based players to kickstart the final round of preparations for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON). The camp will serve as an opportunity for the locally based crop to secure their spot in the final squad before the team sets off for Algeria, where the Copper Queens are scheduled to play a double header of friendly games in their final WAFCON pre-test.
