WITH the Zambia Basketball Federation (ZBF) Elective Annual General Meeting (EAGM) drawing closer, basketball coach and analyst Martin Muchena has challenged stakeholders to move beyond criticism and actively participate in reforming the sport, arguing that meaningful change requires action rather than commentary. In an interview with Goal Diggers, Muchena said while criticism of the federation’s governance had become commonplace over the years, relatively few people had demonstrated the willingness to contest leadership positions or formally pursue reforms through established structures.
