COPPER Queens head coach Nora Häuptle has named a 26-member provisional squad for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), with the team set to leave for a pre-tournament training camp in Algeria today. Assistant coach Charles Haalubono unveiled the squad on Häuptle’s behalf during a media briefing at Football House on Monday, saying the Swiss tactician would join the team in Algeria ahead of the continental tournament.
