THE European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), in partnership with the City of Lusaka, has announced a democracy tournament aimed at promoting peaceful electoral participation and civic education ahead of Zambia’s upcoming elections. The tournament will be held on Saturday, July 25, at Reiz Arena, formerly known as Woodlands Stadium, and will bring together various actors including football legends, civil society organizations, and ordinary citizens in a celebration of democratic values.
