ZAMBIA’S bodybuilding contingent returned from Zimbabwe with three podium finishes at the Alex Classics competition, setting the stage for the upcoming Zed Nationals Mr Zambia 2026.   Patrick Kalenga led the medal haul with a silver medal in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding category, finishing second overall. William Sichone claimed bronze in the same division, while Rose Mwape secured third place in the Ladies Wellness Division.   The Zambia Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (ZBBFF) expressed pride in the athletes’ performances, highlighting their determination on the regional stage.   The successful outing in Zimbabwe has boosted morale within the bodybuilding fraternity as attention now turns to the Zed Nationals, scheduled for November 28.
