AFTER 13 years of marriage, actress Chungu Chintelelwe, who plays Soneka in Mpali, faced a horror she never imagined when she was raped by her husband. When she confronted him, he beat her violently. Seeking support from her family, she was told that rape cannot happen within marriage and was advised to tell the police that she was only beaten over some messages found on his phone.
