THE Chelstone Local Court has heard how a Kamanga Overspill man was allegedly caught red-handed by police at a market, having sex in a vehicle with a woman said to be old enough to be his mother. Harriet Zimba, who sued her husband Gift Daka for divorce, told the court that when she asked to see the woman and discovered she was old enough to be her mother, she was left speechless and refused to bail him out. However, Daka, who did not deny being arrested, struggled to give the court a clear explanation in his defence, only stating that he was demanding money, which the old woman owed him.
