THE Chelstone Local Court has dismissed a case in which 44-year old Esther Mubanga sought K10,000 in compensation from her 62-year old boyfriend, after he sent her a message claiming she had gone to Chongwe to engage in prostitution. Mubanga, a civilian in the Zambia Police Service, told the court that tensions began when she travelled to Chongwe for business, which led to a communication breakdown and a series of WhatsApp messages from both parties.
