A KALINGALINGA man has told the court that his ex-wife is now in a romantic relationship with his best friend and business partner, the very man the former couple once turned to for counsel whenever their marriage hit rocky ground. But the court says his ex-wife, Racheal Tembo, is a free woman and is at liberty to engage in a relationship with any man she chooses, as she is no longer married.
